Whenever we see any inefficiency, unavailability, ineffectiveness around, we blame to some concerns related to it and that is normal. But the problem is we are never ready to do any thing which can play the role in changing the situation because that is the tough and it needs courage and strong will power to make an impact for the betterment of others life. I was listening to a session organized by Startup Bangladesh. Sridhar Vembu, CEO of Zoho Corporation was one of the 4 speakers and I really loved his direction and initiatives to make people’s life better. It always easy to say that there are not enough capable people in Bangladesh and it’s true, but only saying this won’t make any change. Rather we need to do different activities, no matter how small it is, it will create an impact down the line.

When many of us will continuously try to do different small impactful stuffs, we may see may see major revolution in 4-5 years. One more thing he has mentioned about the potential entrepreneur to be persistent which is extremely importantly. We are always keen to be successful over night which is very wrong and even if it happens, it won’t be sustainable. Thank you Sridhar sir. It was one of the most inspiring session I can remember in recent years.
